چکیده
This article addresses the problem of energy and code allocation to many users accessing, under spreading-based nonorthogonal multiple access, a wireless node set up with successive interference cancellation architecture aided by redundancy-check error control. As an application, we consider asynchronous access delay-tolerant satellite system, where employ finite-length channel codes are subject known power unbalance induced distribution channel’s attenuation. The develops, as mathematically tractable approximation massively populated systems, unified framework compute best rules that maximize spectral efficiency network handles asymptotically users. Concretely, presented approach circumvents exponential complexity in number when modeling propagation packet decoding failures through receiver’s scheme. It also enables deterministic analysis more complex features affecting receiver, making related performance optimization amenable systematic tools from differential variational calculus. derived expressions evidence most favorable three-way between energy, rate, reliability for receiver performance. Low-level system simulations carried out validation.

Performance Evaluation of Flow Allocation with Successive Interference Cancelation for Random Access WMNs
In this study we explore the performance gain that can be achieved at the network level by employing successive interference cancelation (SIC) instead of treating interference as noise for random access wireless mesh networks with multipacket reception capabilities. More precisely we explore both the throughput and the delay of a distributed flow allocation scheme aimed at maximizing average ag...
متن کاملInterference cancelation scheme with variable bandwidth allocation for universal filtered multicarrier systems in 5G networks
The universal filtered multicarrier (UFMC) is an appealing technique to eliminate out-of-band emission (OOBE) for fifth-generation (5G) networks. However, its signals that are modulated to the carriers, which are on the edges of one subband, are influenced by the filter. In this paper, an interference cancelation scheme is proposed to suppress the interference and to improve the multiuser syste...
متن کاملInterference Cancelation and Management Techniques
Radio spectrum is a scarce and precious natural resource that is significantly underutilized with current fixed spectrum-licensing policies [1]. This has inspired the development of hierarchical spectrum-sharing systems, where secondary systems are allowed to access the underutilized spectrum of incumbents without causing harmful interference to legacy/primary systems. In this article, we are i...
متن کاملResource allocation with interference coordination for relay-aided cellular orthogonal frequency division multiple access systems
Deployment of relay nodes (RNs) in cellular orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) systems provides an effective solution to increase high data rate coverage and improve cell throughput. However, a challenging issue is that additional interferences caused by RNs may substantially compromise the performance gain if no measure is taken. In this study, the authors address the proble...
متن کاملDynamic Rate Allocation in Markovian Quasi-Static Multiple Access Channels
We deal with multiple access channels in which the channel coefficients follow a quasi-static Markov process on a finite set of states. We address the issue of allocating the rate to the users in each time interval, such that the optimality and the fairness of the allocation are preserved throughout the communication, and moreover all the users are consistently satisfied with it. We first show ...
